Please note the following conditions take place during the time of a sale:

1. No rainchecks, holds or backdating. There is no adding discounts to previous orders or holding sale prices for future orders. Items also cannot be placed on hold for later purchase.
2. No changes to orders. Please go over your cart and confirm all items and quantities are correct before checking out. Once your order has been received, no changes can be made. This includes adding items, removing items, and combining orders.
3. No laybys. We will not be accepting new laybys during our major sales. The layby payment option will be switched off during sale periods.
4. Allow extra shipping time. Sale periods are very busy here at MiniZoo, please be aware that your order may take an extra day or two  to be shipped. For urgent orders, please choose the "Express" shipping option.
