The following information is provided to give a clear view of MiniZoo's terms and conditions. At the time of completing an order you are implicitly agreeing to the Terms & Conditions of purchase outlined below.

General Terms & Conditions:

  • We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, PayPal Pay in 4, Afterpay, American Express, Apple Pay, Zippay & Direct Bank Deposit.
  • Goods are shipped after payment has been received.
  • Changes cannot be made to submitted orders. Please go over your cart and confirm all items and quantities are correct before checking out. Once your order has been received, no changes can be made.
  • Orders may be combined with other orders going to the same address for shipping purposes. Requests for combined orders must be made in writing by 8:00am Australian Eastern Standard Time weekdays. A refund will be given for excess shipping charges paid on requested combined orders after adjusting for any financial transaction costs.
  • Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping, subject to a 5% cancellation charge, and by written notice before 8:00am Australian Eastern Standard Time weekdays.
  • Unless otherwise stated in the product description, goods are sold on the understanding that their primary purpose is that they are for use as children's toys and resources for play and educational reasons. If goods are intended to be used for a different purpose, this purpose must be made known in writing to the MiniZoo team prior to or at the time of purchase so that we have an opportunity to discuss any potential suitability issues for that special purpose PRIOR to shipping. This is essential should you later wish to make a defective product claim under Australian Consumer Law.
  • There are rare occasions where outer packaging/display boxes may arrive partly damaged due to general product handling and shipping. This can occur at any time during the supply chain, from factory production right through to arrival at your home. The purpose of the packaging is to protect the product inside. Damage to the packaging is not regarded as a defective product issue unless we have been previously advised in writing that the packaging is part of a special or alternate purpose for the product.
  • Defective product issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt and supported with photographs. Defective products must not be played with or used in any way or claims will be voided.
  • MiniZoo is not responsible for breakages that occur once a product has been opened and played with, regardless of the amount of time that has transpired.
  • We use Australia Post for parcel shipments. Tracking and insurance for loss or damage during transport is automatically included. Parcels are insured up to the point of delivery. Where Authority to Leave has been granted the customer accepts liability and risk for parcels following delivery to the property. MiniZoo will not be responsible for replacement of stolen property under this circumstance. Claims for lost parcels must be verified by Australia Post following an official investigation prior to replacement or refund.

  • If an incorrect product has been sent, or a product is missing from your delivery claims must be made in writing within 24 hours of opening your package. We will seek to correct and resolve the issue as quickly as possible either by refund, credit, replacement or some other satisfactory resolution.
  • MiniZoo reserves the right to change product and website details at any time, including product pricing, descriptions, shipping costs, general information and terms and conditions.

Sales Terms & Conditions:

  • No rainchecks, holds or backdating. There is no adding discounts to previous orders or holding sale prices for future orders. Items also cannot be placed on hold for later purchase.
  • No changes to orders. Please go over your cart and confirm all items and quantities are correct before checking out. Once your order has been received, no changes can be made. This includes combining orders.
  • No laybys. We will not be accepting new laybys during our major sales. The layby payment option will be switched off during sale periods.
  • Allow extra shipping time. Sale periods are very busy here at MiniZoo, please be aware that your order may take an extra day or two  to be shipped. For urgent orders, please choose the "Express" shipping option.
