The Inca Cockatoo, also known as the Pink Cockatoo, is one of Australia's most beautiful and distinctive parrots. Its delicate pink-and-white plumage and spectacular multicoloured crest make it instantly recognisable. Its most remarkable feature is the large, fan-shaped crest. When raised, it reveals vivid red and yellow bands against white feathers. When folded down, the crest looks mostly white. This colourful display is unique among cockatoos. The face, neck and chest are soft salmon-pink, while the back, wings and tail are predominantly white. The underside of the wings also shows deeper pink tones, especially in flight. The CollectA version is shown with its wings spread as if it had just landed on a tree branch.
